Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AM Vocal Studios, we stand behind the quality of our vocal training. We also understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Self-Paced Video Courses — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All self-paced video courses purchased from AM Vocal Studios come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, simply email us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. No conditions, no questions asked.

How to request a refund:

Send an email to courses@amvocalstudios.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Include the email address you used to purchase the course and your order confirmation (if available).
Our team will process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

That is it. We do not require you to complete assignments, fill out surveys, or jump through hoops.

Payment Plans and Installments

If you purchased a course using a payment plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from your original purchase date — not from the date of each individual payment. If you request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase, we will cancel all remaining payments and refund any payments already made.

After the 14-day window, you are responsible for completing all remaining installment payments as agreed at checkout. If you would like to pay off your remaining balance in a single payment to close out your plan early, email us at courses@amvocalstudios.com and we will arrange that for you.

Coaching Programs — 14-Day Pro-Rated Refund

All coaching programs (Semi-Private, Kickstarter, Private, and Private with Adam) are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. This means we will refund you for any coaching sessions you have not yet used.

For example, if you purchased the Kickstarter program and have completed 2 of your 6 first-month sessions, you are eligible for a refund covering the remaining 4 sessions, provided your request is made within 14 days of your original purchase.

How to request a coaching refund:

Email courses@amvocalstudios.com with the subject line "Coaching Refund Request."
Include the email address associated with your account.
We will calculate your pro-rated refund based on sessions used and process it promptly.

Cancelling Your Monthly Coaching Subscription

Our coaching plans (Semi-Private, Kickstarter, and Private) are auto-renewing subscriptions. You can cancel at any time by emailing courses@amvocalstudios.com before your next billing date.

How to cancel your coaching subscription:

Email courses@amvocalstudios.com with the subject line "Cancel Coaching Subscription."
Include the email address associated with your account.
We will confirm your cancellation and let you know the date of your final session.

You will continue to have access to your remaining sessions through the end of your current billing period. We will not charge you again after cancellation is confirmed.

Rescheduling or Cancelling an Individual Coaching Session

If you need to reschedule or cancel a specific coaching session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Email courses@amvocalstudios.com or contact your coach directly to reschedule.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may count as a completed session from your plan.
